Digitalization has various advantages, ranging from automation of the business processes, improved customer experience, managed productivity, better control of operational costs, decision-making & security of the improved information, as well as increased mobility.
In addition to our project management tools, such as Primavera P6, Ms Project and our management tools (ERP & BI), we have implemented tools for operational management of activities.
From receiving materials, storage, cutting, welding, NDT, painting, shipping to completion of assembly, we now digitally track all relevant operations via an integrated tracking mobile app and secure that records progress in real time.
With a click of a button, progress and trend can be read through dedicated dashboards in real time, by both us and the client (upon request).
Furthermore, we have developed a dedicated application to manage our tools fleet, which allows us to know in real time the authorized users and to manage the maintenance of our fleet as well as quality documentation.
