To answer to this challenge, our Training department developed various general and specific technical training programs, and conducts them either directly, or through 3^rd party partners specialized in conducting training courses.

Depending on their professions, their skills, and their needs, our employees follow a training course to guarantee quality, safe work while adapting to the requirements of our customers.

Industrial Montaj is a founding member & active partner of the Romanian Welding Center which trains the new generation of welders in Romania in the fields of energy, Biotech, and Oil & Gas.
