As part of the Closed Blowdown System for Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) project and in its capacity as General Contractor (GC), Industrial Montaj was responsible for and carried out:
- Procurement and supply chain management.
- Project management, planning under Primavera, safety, and waste management on-site.
- Civil engineering and demolition work (2,900 m³ of excavation / 90 tons of reinforcement steel / 910 m³ of poured concrete).
- Prefabrication and installation of 340 tons of steel structures, including the reinforcement of an existing structure.
- Lifting and installation of equipment (14 pieces totaling 483 tons).
- Prefabrication and installation of 20,000 inches of piping (180 tons) – carbon steel, alloy, and stainless steel.
- Electrical & instrumentation work, including electric tracing.
- Scaffolding management, insulation work, and handling of lifting equipment.
