As part of the construction project for the new gas combined cycle power plant (CCPP) in Iernut (Romania), with a capacity of 430 MW for Romgaz, Industrial Montaj carried out:
1/ Installation of 4 HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator)
- Preparation and execution of all lifting and assembly operations (4,500 tons) for the steel structure, flue stacks, modules, flue gas ducts, platforms, and ladders.
- Preparation and execution of lifting operations for 12 modules of 200 tons each, using an LR1600 / 600-ton crane.
- Management and sizing of scaffolding, as well as all lifting equipment.
2/ Prefabrication and installation of the piping system (BOP - Balance of Plant)
- Installation of 20,000 inches of piping (A106Gr.B) and alloys ( P91 & P11).
- Prefabrication and installation of 9,000 inches of piping.
- Execution of non-destructive testing and heat treatment of welds.
