Le Gaz Integral (EPCM contractor) was awarded the contract for the construction of a new SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit) for Jordan Petroleum Company at the Zarka refinery. Le Gaz Integral choose a modular design solution and assigned the construction to Industrial Montaj.
Industrial Montaj carried out the following work in our workshops in Romania:
Detailed design for the steel structure of the modules.
Prefabrication and assembly of 8 modules (80 tons).
Prefabrication and installation of piping – 9,500 inches, including jacketing and steam tracing.
Installation and assembly of equipment within the modules (110 tons).
Dry fit-up of the modules.
Coordination of electrical and instrumentation works.
In Jordan:
Assistance with module installation.
Execution of piping works for connections.
