During the 2024 General Shutdown, Industrial Montaj teams completed the installation of two new reactors at the Vacuum Distillate Hydrotreating (HDV) unit.
As the General Contractor, we carried out:
• Prefabrication and installation of steel structures (36 tons).
• Prefabrication and installation of pipelines and supports (4,000 inches).
• Execution of heat treatments and management of non-destructive testing.
• Installation of scaffolding and execution of thermal insulation works.
• Lifting of two 285-ton reactors using the LR1600 crane.
• Installation of internal equipment for the two reactors under the supervision of HALDOR TOPSOE.
