As part of a production capacity increase, Industrial Montaj carried out the installation of new process/skid equipment.
The particularity of this project lies in the special execution conditions within a manufacturing area subject to GMP regulations, with the possibility of working outside production periods.
The Industrial Montaj teams were responsible for:
- Detailed (3D) engineering for the positioning of skids and connection piping
- Procurement management
- Manufacturing and assembly of a 35-ton metal structure
- Prefabrication and installation of connection piping for the equipment (2.2 km, including process piping welded using orbital welding)
- Preparation and execution of installation operations for 6 skids + 1 tank with a capacity of 150 tons
- Execution of civil engineering works
- Electrical wiring and instrumentation works
- Line passivation by recirculation
- Thermal insulation
- Commissioning & start-up assistance
