During the pandemic, Industrial Montaj accept the challenge to perform the 2020 General Shutdown (45 days) for the following units:
- Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC)
- Hydrogen Power Plant (HPP)
- Mild Hydrocracking (MHC)
- Middle Distillate Hydrotreating (HDV)
As a General Mechanical Contractor, our teams carried out:
- Technical assistance for start up of the units
- Dismantling / reassembly of 350 valves, safety valves
- Execution of 122 pipeline repair projects
- Metallurgical repairs of equipment
- Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT)
- Replacement of the cap, cyclones, stages 1 and 2, and replacement of the refractory protection in the regenerator
- Pressure testing for 920 pipelines, registered at ISCIR
- Pressure testing for equipment
- Technical assistance for the restart of the installations
