The Industrial Montaj teams successfully took on the challenge of executing the 2024 Major Turnaround (45 Days) for the following three units:
- Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC)
- Mild Hydrocracking (MHC) – Steam Cracker
- Middle Distillate Hydrotreating (HDV)
Scope of Work:
- Unit handover assistance
- Disassembly and reassembly of 250 valves & safety relief valves
- Execution of 151 piping repair projects (151 welding points)
- Piping discovery works: 128 interventions
- Metallurgical repairs on equipment (113 interventions), including the replacement of a shell section on a column
- Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT)
- Pressure testing for 490 pipelines registered with local authorities
- Pressure testing for equipment
- Assistance for start-up
- Installation of two new reactors
- On-site machining and grinding

Special Works:
- Replacement of a shell section on a column, including the removal of the column head for installation of the new shell section
- Replacement of the expansion joint between the Regenerator & the Plenum Chamber on the FCC unit
