Concepting, planning and execution of lifting operations will always remain a source of challenges. Either we lift an equipment of only few tones located in a congested space, or a reactor / column weighting few hundred of tones, we have the appropriate know-how to prepare and implement detailed, rigorous, lifting plans.
After completing a series of “Operation Meduse” on a number of FCC Plants, all under UOP supervision, we can reliably state that operations such as: cyclones replacement, riser replacement, or the replacement of the head of the columns, either that be of the Reactor or of the Regenerator, do not pose secrets for us anymore.
In Romania, we have recognized expertise in FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) works and in assembling HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) units.
