At our headquarters in Ploiești (RO), we have several prefabrication workshops available, including a white workshop dedicated to stainless steel prefabrication and a black workshop dedicated to carbon and alloy steels.
Our manufacturing process as well as the creation of prefabrication documents are fully digitalized.
This allows real-time tracking at each stage of manufacturing from material reception, storage management, flow management, assemblies to the loading of each spool, and for each weld, each joint.
We carry out prefabrication on all types of steel and more particularly carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 347, Duplex, Super Duplex), alloy, double jacket.
We have our own equipment to carry out heat treatment.
Our ASME and EN certified welders working under the control of our Quality department use the following processes: Orbital Welding / Mig Mag / WIG-TIG / Electric.
“Certified” welding is our daily life.
In addition to our prefabrication workshop, we have our own infrastructure to carry out anti-corrosive protection of prefabricated pipes, as well as our own skid to carry out passivations by recirculation.
