1) Leakage Hot Repairs
Every flanged, threaded or welded joint in a piping system, every valve stem system (either of a manual or control valve) are prone to leakages (ie, in liquid or gas state, such as water, various chemicals, vapors, steam, air, N2, hydrocarbons etc.), hence the need to quickly fix them, temporarily, without interrupting the operation through the joint, or of the device.
This temporary repair allows:
- Protection of personnel, the environment, and installations.
- Avoidance of unscheduled production shutdowns.
- Significant cost savings for our clients.
- Continuation of production until the next scheduled shutdown.
Our teams design/manufacture the repair boxes "#NotjustanOrangeBox" and operate throughout Romania to seal your leaks.
2) On-site machining/Surfacing
We intervene on-site, working on the flanges of your equipment (columns, exchangers, tanks, etc.) that, over time, have developed issues such as flatness defects, sealing problems, and surface condition deterioration.
During your maintenance shutdowns, we can provide technical solutions to bring your flanges back to compliance. We have the capability to machine steels (depending on hardness), alloys, cast iron, and stainless steel across a wide range of diameters. Our mobile workshop truck travels across the entire Romanian territory.
These repairs allow you to:

3) Hydraulic Tightening and Controlled Tightening
Whether it’s torque tightening with a manual torque wrench, a torque-controlled screwdriver, or a hydraulic wrench, Industrial Montaj performs torque tightening from the lowest values (tightening with a manual torque wrench) to the highest values using hydraulic equipment (71,000 Nm).
All our interventions are prepared in advance and are carried out with calibrated & verified equipment.
Each tightening operation is documented in an intervention report.
We have a tool inventory that includes around ten hydraulic wrenches accompanied by three pumps, as well as eight torque-controlled screwdrivers.
